Bring your own rig. All Spacious Skies Campgrounds feature a variety of RV sites, ranging from sites with just water and electricity to full hook-up pull-through sites. There is a huge array of settings and sites. For example, check out the Sunrise Overlook site at Spacious Skies Hidden Creek in Marion, N.C. Lucky RVers staying at this site are treated to breathtaking mountaintop views. The Deluxe Pergola Site at Spacious Skies Shenandoah Views features a private pergola-covered patio for extra shade and privacy. And at Spacious Skies Woodland Hills, campers with canines can book RV sites with private dog runs, called Cosmic Canine Campsites.

Rent a retro. Retro Trailers by Riverside RV are available at  Spacious Skies Walnut Grove in Alfred, Maine, Spacious Skies Woodland Hills in Austerlitz, N.Y. and Spacious Skies Country Oaks in Dorothy, N.J.

Cozy up in a cabin. Cabin rentals can be far more affordable than hotel rooms. Join the club. Campers can save 12 percent on lodging by becoming “Cosmic Campers” and joining the Spacious Skies Campgrounds Loyalty Program. Members also receive a Cosmic Camper pin and exclusive releases of merchandise as well as regular updates about locations and programs. The annual fee to join the Spacious Skies Loyalty Program is $31.90. While the Loyalty Program discount cannot be combined with other discounts, the greater of the two is always honored to provide campers with the best deal on their stay.

Ask for a discount. First responders, emergency services staff and members of the military receive 10 percent off every night of their stay at Spacious Skies Campgrounds. Significant discounts for groups booking multiple sites include a 10 percent discount for groups of three to five sites, 15 percent discount for six to 10 sites and 20 percent discount for groups booking 11 or more sites. There are no holiday blackout periods, and the group discount is also offered at campgrounds that are open throughout the winter.
